Delivery to mainland UK is free on orders over £75

On orders under £75 the below delivery charges apply;

Delivery outside the UK will be made using the DPD standard international shipping service, an estimated delivery time will be communicated once dispatched. 

Please note; any customs or duty fees for shipping outside the UK are to be paid by the buyer; The Little Luggage Co is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Returns

We hope that you'll love your item as much as we loved creating it, but please get in touch with us at hello@littleluggage.co.uk if you'd like to initiate a return for a UK order.

Within 1-2 business days we will send you a Royal Mail returns label for you to return the item back to our warehouse. A full refund* will be returned to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days of our warehouse receiving the item.

*Returns are free only if proof is provided that the item is faulty or damaged, for any other reason the cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund amount. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for orders made outside of the UK. Please note the original postage cost will not be refunded.
