Our Story

Two things were born during the Summer lockdown of 2020; my first baby William, and the idea for The Little Luggage Co.

We finally had the opportunity for a UK based holiday so I started searching something for William's things. Having just dealt with a month in hospital (William was born eight weeks early), a husband who broke his leg the day we got home, and exclusively pumping 24 hours a day; I knew my baby brain needed some help with packing!

I struggled to find something that wasn't covered in Marvel or Disney characters, or gender stereotypical pink or blue themes. After a surprising amount of mum friends confessed to using a 'bag for life' for packing for their baby I knew there was a gap. So I used my background in fashion buying and merchandising and took the plunge. Fast forward a couple of years and the website launched just as we welcomed our second baby boy Harvey into our family; talk about spinning plates!

Since then The Little Luggage Co has grown into a wider everyday accessories brand, and I'm so proud that we've helped make life easier for thousands of mums.
