Delivery to mainland UK is free on orders over £40

On orders under £40 the below delivery charges apply;

All Items - £3.99 (Royal Mail 48 hr tracked) or £4.50 (Royal Mail 24 hr tracked)

XL Personalised Zipped Pouch - Additional £3.00 (Royal Mail 48 hr tracked) as this is a hand personalised item which is dispatched from a different location to our ready to go stock.

Please note orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 days of being placed (personalised items are 10-14 days).

Returns

We hope that you'll love your item(s) as much as we loved creating them but if you do need to make a return here's how;

1) Head to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/8576 

2) Enter your order number beginning with #

3) Arrange & pay for your return at your convenience, please pop your name & order number in your parcel.

Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery. Please note returns are only free for faulty or damaged items, otherwise it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage. A full refund* will be returned to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days of us receiving the item. Due to the personalised nature, returns will not be accepted on our personalised items; please contact us if you have a problem with your personalised item.

*Your original postage cost will not be refunded.
